Had a horrible day at work, husband got the flu, and I found out my sister in law is thinking about divorce. All that and I manage to have a great food day. I had lunch at the Red Robin and had a new low calorie chicken platter. It was fantastic and only 344 calories. That left me enough room for 3 pieces of pizza, one cheese stick, and two cups of coffee. Well, I would have had the coffee anyway because I had a caffeine headache. Drank coffee no more headache. Didn't exercise today, but have been able to avoid soda for two days in a row. I hope to make it three tomorrow. I also managed to get my water in which when I travel does not usually happened.
