Y klo yg mkn sama* dibawah kebutuhan kalori harian gk jd lemak semua..... tp yg frenchfries dpt makro-ny doank,yg realfood makro & mikro nutrient-ny terpenuhi dan yg pasti ngenyangin gk bikin nagih pngen mkn lg pas abis seporsi.....😁
