Got me some mad workout DVDs. I think I am going to start w/Callenetics and the Walk Away the Pounds DVDs for the first 2 weeks. Right now I am trying to build better eating habits and cutting the Junk food. Doing ok for now, need to go food shopping badly for fruits, veggies and good yum yums...more later :D
