Got in a great cardio workout on the Elliptical Machine with 50 min as well at 300 situps. I feel like I've gotten back on track with my exercise routines of atleast 4-times a week since returning from Vacation almost 2-weeks ago.
Now I just need to continue to make sure I'm eating right during the week and work a little extra hard on the weekends to stay under the 2000 Calorie limit. I'm really feeling it in my arms, shoulders and back today which is what I really hit hard yesterday during my workout. (Good Sign!)
