Itu kuah tomyam ala2 kak. Jdi baput 1 rajang halus. Bwang bombay setengah. Rajang juga. Masukan dlm 200ml air. Tambahkan cabe rawit. Lalu tambahkan adabi perecah tomyam 10gram (setengah porsi) kalorinya kurleb 15kal. Td selow sya input di tambahan makanan. Koreksi rasa, kalau kurang asin bisa ditambah sejumput garam. Biar lbh endol bsa ditambah rempah semacam laos, serai, daun bawang. Seger bngt plus kenyang juga kalorinya ga lebih dr 400kal. Itu enoki 100gram. Tahu 3 potong kurleb 150 gram. Sawi 50 gram. Tomat 44 gram. Selamat mencoba :))
