Today is day two of drinking 8 glasses of unsweetened green tea. It doesn't taste as bad as I thought it would. I actually don't mind it. I'm back to eating my Edy's fruit bars in order to have something sweet at night. It has been a good day. I have been going to the gym every night and I'm doing very well. I'm sticking to my plan of all cardio, since I was sick last week I've been taking it easy by doing only running and elliptical every other day until Friday. Usually I do my weights after I run, but now that my running program (B210K) has me on the treadmill longer if/when I start doing weights again, I'll be at the gym FOREVER. I guess it is the price I have to pay for wanting to be a runner.
