Boleh...ini simple banget kok 30g rolled oats (jangan instant atau quick cook) 150ml susu 4g chia seeds Masak smua bahan di atas sampe tekstur berbentuk bubur, terus pas kondisi agak hangat, masukkan pasta whey protein (cara buatnya campur 1 scoop whey protein dan air secukupnya) Untuk toppingnya: 10g almond cacah 10g dark chocolate jangan cooking atau compound 1/2 buah pisang 15g peanut butter low carb low sugar 1 keping biscuit lotus

@haa naa sama"😄 kamu bisa sesuaiin kok toppingny sama selera, terus whey proteinnya bisa diganti sama bubuk kedelai murni kalau ga punya whey protein👌
