Today I am recommitted to keeping to my plan, focusing on food and not worrying about exercise. I am sticking close to 1000 calories a day, and finding that I actually feel satisfied daily since I am eating fresh foods, not processed, and the quantity is good. Not at 100% yet but feeling better about slow ans steady progress. Looking forward to spring and summer when I will emerge from my winter coats and sweaters as a lighter, stronger me. Prepare for more whining anyway as holiday cookie season approaches! Danced last night and got to chat with my new guy. It's a funny thing meeting up with him at the dance; I give him a ride home and we have tea and chat and I go home, but on the weekends he's much more physical - "school/work night" vs weekend, I guess, but it's sweet. I have a party to go to this weekend, and also a date with The Guy. Going to help my friend K buy a car, and look at some houses to maybe buy and move to. Moving will be complicated by the need to sell my house before being able to afford another place. Plus I think I will totally miss my house if the new one isn't amazing which it won't be without a lot of work. Happy Friday all!
