OTD's Journal, 18 Aug 10

Had a great workout this morning with 40 minutes on the Elliptical and about 40 minutes working out with weights for biceps and back. Also got in my 300 situps too.

Really gonna try and get my calorie intake to be around 1500-1750 range for the next week.
