It is Thursday the 21st and the last 10 day or so i have been so bad at keeping to my diet I’m up about 5 lb’s from my low so starting to day i am going to log my food in the journal until December 6th
My brother was visiting and it was so hard to keep myself on track there is stuff in the fridge I should not eat need to have a clean up and reset
