had another good day yesterday



food



300g chicken breast - 348g

4 cals oil

300g stir fry veg - 114

4 cals oil

26ml soy sauce - 18 cals

1 tablespoon hot pepper sauce - 5 cals

140g carrot 31 cals

202g haddock piece - 147 cals

1 table spoon hot pepper sauce - 5 cals

5 hard boiled eggs (47g - 69 cals, 48g - 71 cals, 53g - 78 cals, 53g - 76 cals, 49g - 72 cals)

3 tablespoons hot pepper sauce - 15 cals



totals 1057 cals for the day, quite low yesterday so ive decided to get some milk so that when i have a low day like yesterday i have have some milk



drinks - 4 pints of green tea, 2 cups of water



exercise - did all 3 levels of my biggest loser cardio max DVD, 30 mins step on wii fit



im very tired today so i dont know if i should give todays weights a miss, i will be doing other things IE walking and i might do my yoga DVD later
