So far so good. I am finding that getting time in on my elliptical is at the top of my priorities and I am able to manage healthy meals and snacks even when my time is so limited. I think I can make it in the real world!
The real test will come next month when I head to Michigan for a month. I will be somewhat limited in what meals are prepared but I intend on doing most of the cooking. I can make sure there are LOTS of vegies in the house but won't be able to control the amount of cookies and candies. ;/ I am sure I will get to exercise my will power even if I won't have an elliptical. I am thinking about trying to find one on Craig's List.

That's the way! Keep yourself surrounded by healthy snacks and eats, so you won't be tempted.

I need your exercise commitment! Good job on that, girl. Exercise continues to be my weakness.

Just stay after it. Do it everyday and when you are done enjoy how good you feel, not only FROM the exercise, but because you did it. Today I looked down at my lap while I was at work... I swear it looked smaller and that I don't take up as much room in the chair. Nice!

Looking for one on Craig's list shows a lot of dedication and commitment to continue! I missed where you're going to be and I'm assuming it'll be for a while. You'll do great with that kind of mindset, though. Oh, I made the chicken legs tonight and they were great! Not dry, even with the skin removed first! Thanks again, I'm sure I'll be making it that way more often. Next...raspberry chicken breasts ... :)
