Hi, Ladies! I'm packing and getting ready to go on vacation starting tomorrow afternoon. Some friends and I are going to Barbados to celebrate my best friend's mother's 80th birthday. We'll be there for 1 week! I've been putting in some long hours at work, so this is definitely a much needed vacation. I can't wait! I'll have a couple of drinks for you! :-) I'm also taking my 3 lb. weights and my Walk Away the Pounds DVDs too. I have every intention of exercising every day, walking on the beach and swimming in the pool. I will eat and drink, but I plan to balance everything out with exercise. Have a wonderful week, and I'll chat when I return. Adrienne

Enjoy Barbados and your much deserved vacation!! Sounds like you have the right idea to keep weight in check on your break.

HAVE FUN!!!! The added exersize works for me everytime and I eat and drink what I want and come back having lost weight from these island trips! ENJOY most of all as we know these vacations are too few.
