Whole Rolled Oats 50gr
Skimmed milk 250 ml (campur dengan rolled oats kemudian masak sampai berbentuk bubur atau sesuai selera)
Whey Protein 1 scoop (campur dengan sedikit air sampai berbentuk pasta)
Peanut butter 15 gr
Dark chocolate 70-80% 20gr
Pisang 1 buah
Setelah bubur oats matang, ditata saja pasta whey protein, peanut butter, dark chocolate, pisang (topping bisa diubah" sesuai selera juga ya😄)

@risa athala aku pake yg brand krakakoa buat yg ini, tapi bisa nyesuain selera juga kok, aku sebenerny suka yg pod chocolate atau couve😁 bisa dibeli di supermarket gede kaya Hero, AeonMall atau Ranch Market. Ini aku iseng" bikin aja soalny di IG bnyk yg post kayanya enak
