Had a good morning on the Elliptical machine which has been broken for the past couple of weeks but I got repaired finally. Got in my pushups and situps to finish up a strong exercise morning.
Hopefully, I will stay focused for the remainder of the week food wise to get back on track towards my 205 goal!
