Today was great. I got my house cleaner in the morning and spent the rest of the day and evening outside with my daughter in the sunshine (haven't seen it a lot lately)! I am glad winter is almost over. I went a little over my normal calories, but considering I am going to be My period in a few days, I did fantastic and I stayed under my RDI. I did not do any formal exercise, but playing with my daughter is a lot of activity.
