monday 16th august


ok yesterday wasnt too bad

food

apple - 66 cals
4x veg burgers - 248 cals
4x slices of bread - 348 cals
4 tablespoons tommy sauce = 72
energy drink - 112 cals
146g broccoli - 48 cals
123g cauliflower - 42
115g swede - 28 cals
155g lamb shoulder joint - 490 cals
21g jalapenos - 4 cals

which comes to 1494 cals

drinks 4.5 pints of green tea, 1 cup of water

exercise it was weights day so

3 sets of each exercise

set 1

10x flat chest presses
10x flat chest flies
10x seated shoulder presses
10x lateral raises
10x(each arm) front raises
10x(each arm) single arm row
10x(each arm) hammer curls
10x(each arm) concentration curls
8x(each arm) overhead tricep extensions
10x(each arm) tricep kickbacks
34x weighted squats

sets 2 and 3 were the same except

20x weighted squats

that took 50 mins

also did 60 mins on wii fit (boxing and step)


i struggled on the weights a bit because i lifted them all at the heavier weight where as previous to that i was doing some at the lighter weight
