which comes to 1494 cals

exercise it was weights day so

10x flat chest presses 10x flat chest flies 10x seated shoulder presses 10x lateral raises 10x(each arm) front raises 10x(each arm) single arm row 10x(each arm) hammer curls 10x(each arm) concentration curls 8x(each arm) overhead tricep extensions 10x(each arm) tricep kickbacks 34x weighted squats
sets 2 and 3 were the same except
20x weighted squats
that took 50 mins
also did 60 mins on wii fit (boxing and step)
i struggled on the weights a bit because i lifted them all at the heavier weight where as previous to that i was doing some at the lighter weight
