Aug 11 - 17 - still stalled at 185. I know that these stalls are part of weight loss, and I know that I'm still losing inches, but it is frustrating to see no change on the scale.
The scale is not the holy grail of dieting, or it shouldn't be. However, in a lot of cases it is the only tangible way to measure success. I have to remind myself that I have only been dieting for 13 weeks, and I've lost 30lb. That is still 2.3 lb a week.
I hope to go back to the pool tonight and get back into exercising.
The hardest part is 'recording' those stalls. I did today and my pleasent downward curve now has a long bar on it where nothing happened.
