pas awal diet sebulan itu bisa turun 5-6kg, skrg setelah turun buanyakkkk banget (alhamdulillah aku sudah turun 16kg) buat turun 4kg aja butuh waktu 2bln lebih, ada yg sama kaya aku turunnya jadi lambat?😂😂
