Had extensive dental work done yesterday. Several teeth removed. I had a partial false tooth plate inserted immediately which I’m not allowed to remove until it’s been 24 hours, which is in a couple of hours.

My mouth is very sore. Failed trying to eat dinner yesterday, haven’t tried yet today. I’m going to the gym in an hour or so then I’ll finally get to take it out when I return! If only briefly to clean it. My usual lunch of a brown roll with sliced hard boiled egg and lettuce as a treat after the gym may end up being soup instead.

On the plus side I have a prettier smile now.
