Today was a little frustrating. I haven't been able to post to forums for two days. I did not eat well today. Visited my parents and they don't eat the same as I do. My mother also tends to stress me out and then when I get home I snack on everything and anything. I will get back on track tomorrow.

Cheer up about the snacking you will be fine, pack your own food and when you set down to eat have a plate ready in the kitchen. Try to take a few of the things they prepared not to offend my mother is the same way I can't eat anything there too much temptation. They have to understand you can't eat the same as they do any more.
