Menu siang tadi, campur2 apa adanya aja hehe. Grilled dada ayam, tumis kol dgn tuna dan jamur tanpa minyak, ditemenin nasi merah yg lg ngumpet itu. Kurleb 486 kkal aja :)

@nafiokt. Resepnya, untk dada ayam hanya diberi bumbu lada hitam dan bubuk bw putih, dimasak di atas teflon non-stick. Lalu Kol ditumis dgn tuna kaleng dengan jamur (jamur apa aja bebas, saya pake jamur swiss cokelat), bumbunya lada hitam, bubuk bw putih, kecap ikan 1 sdm, kecap manis tropicana sekitar 5 gram. Itu aja :D

@fiviana ho lada dan bubuk bw putih aja dgn teflon non-stick. Aku emg suka agak gosong dikit luarnya supaya lebih smokey aja hehehe @mamafizi kurang lebih sekitar 115 kalori sis
