Well, here's what dedication and very hard work will do.
You CAN lose a bonafide pound if you work just as hard as the people in the Biggest Loser....that is, if you can get the time to exercise for abut three hours per day....
I worked hard yesterday, and I am aiming to get my body ready for the Emperors Challenge. That is a race which is about 20 Kilometers and it's ALL UPHILL...rather, it's all up the side of a mountain!!!
I have been going on a 13% incline on the treadmill in order to prepare my legs (which I am told I will do the crabwalk for DAYS after the race) for the climb.
My mom isn't in a perfect state of health, and I will be doing this race for her.
