So frustrated. I tried a Turbo Kick class on Monday...it was really kicking my butt!! I twisted my knee funny and sprained it...I haven't let it prevent me from going to the gym, but the only thing I can do so far is ride a bike, and work my arms...LAME!! I really want to do my Body Pump Class. I may try it Saturday Morning as long as my knee is feeling good...I really hope to see results soon...3 weeks at the gym nearly every day should show something!!! I am feeling better, so I guess that's technically a result...I need inches gone...
