yesterday was a good day, food wise i was really healthy
apple - 81 cals 191g med veg - 91 cals 100g stir fry veg - 38 cals 4 cals for the oil 200g sliced chicken breast - 216 cals 55g jalapenos - 12 cals 184g sliced chicken breast - 198 cals 100g couscous - 126 cals hot salsa sauce - 12 cals 138g broccoli - 46 cals 139g cauliflower - 47 cals 103g sprouts - 43 cals 164g lamb shoulder joint - 496 cals
which is a total of 1410
drinks wise i had 5 pints of green tea and 1 cup of water, exercise wise i did levels 1 and 2 of my 30 day shred DVD which took 45 mins
last night i actually found out ive got something to aim for, in a little less than 6 weeks we are all going out for my aunts 65th bday, going for a meal and a few drinks, im aiming to lost at LEAST 9lbs by then which is 1.5lbs a week, if i lose more coolios, if i dont then i will slap myself
so treats for the next 6 weeks are OUT
NO crisps NO pizza NO brunch bars NO greggs/subway
my dad, sis and aunt all know im trying to lose weight and i want to make them proud, i dont see my aunt much and she commented the last time she saw me that it looks like i had lost weight so this time im wanting her to go 'WOW'
and my treat at the end of the 6 weeks will be a lovely italian meal
