I still haavve noo idea why the scale is not moving !!!! even though I exercise 1 hour a day, 7 days a week, once I start working out I gained a little and than everything stopped, it's almost 4 weeks and I am very frustrated :'(

From your food list, it looks like you need to add more fats. Try dressings on your salad (blue cheese is my fav!).
