It's amazing how over time I have become satisfied with 4 ounces of chicken and a generous serving of green beans. I try to think out of the box as to how to prepare my food with minimal added calories.

Alwayspeace, I cut 2 slices of bacon into peices & browned them, adding the green onions & garlic then beans. I sautéed them for a bit then added the broth....cooked tIl tender. This made 2 servings of beans for hubby & I with some leftover.
