Klo aku moderate ngecut dr TDEE maks 30%.. Klo sedentary ya cukup cut 10-15% aja dr TDEE.. Intinya BMR tetep hrus dikonsumsi.

kalo msh bingung, maksud mereka itu, BMR kamu 1200, tdee 1500, berarti makanlah di angka 1350 kkal
