its sunday the 15th august, the day my diet/exercise starts again

i feel so tired though but im not going to use that as an excuse to get out of it, i plan on doing the 30 day shred DVD today, i did try it on the first day i did any exercise and i couldnt do it so im going to see if i can stick to it today

ive taken 2 steps back this past week thanks to my 2lbs gain but im back into it and hopefully i will take at least 2 steps forward
