Today was my second day on the diet. I did much better because I was out of the house working. It really really helps to keep busy. I didn't eat all my points. I guess I can save the last 2.5 for another day.
Now I have to learn to drink more water.

It's important to eat all your daily points every day. If you go under a few points here and there, it doesn't matter too much. But I have seen tons of posts on the WW site with people complaining they are not eating all their points and the weight isn't coming off. When they start eating their points, the weight starts moving. Even try to eat some of your flex. The more you eat while losing, the more you can eat while maintaining. Good luck!
