Wow! thanks for all of the advice for finding the one point items. I did really good yesterday food wise. Today, well that's a different story. Just for some reason wanted to eat everything in site. I did pretty good though. I haven't eaten anything bad. I am going to get me some ice cream. 1/2 cup I think is only like 4 points and I believe I have around 9 left. Oh I so can't wait to weigh in!!!

Hi April. Don't go hungry .. it makes you miserable and that's when diets fail. THe trick is to NOT eat when you're NOT hungry or to STOP eating when you're no longer hungry. Follow the advice for the low-point foods. Since I can't live without ice cream, my salvation is the slim-a-bear 100-cal low-fat treats. Also jello fat-free or sugar-free pudding with fat-free cool whip. For something really filling, get the reduced fat triscuits and spread a little low-fat cream cheese.
