Yesteday was day 4 of my eating healthy journey. I planned ahead and took lunch to work. So I wasn't tempted to eat anything unhealthy at work. For supper I was able to stick to my 280cal packaged Marie Calendars and 1/2 small cantelope, and I am pleased to say that I didn't get that urge to eat the house like I always do at night. So besides drinking plenty of water, I didn't put anything in my mouth after supper and a light snack of cantelope.

Although this is my 5th day of eating healthy, I stopped drinking coffee with caffine 9 days ago. For the past three days I have eather been sick with something that results in having a horrific headache(which is possible because my son started the same thing today), or I have been having horrific headaches from withdraws from caffine and sugar. Last night I felt a little relief, and then today my headache is almost gone completely.
