For yesterday 1.75 liters of water and .8 liters of diet soda and .325 liters of smoothie.
Under goal for the day and you know what i felt like I had been punched in the kidneys. So 3 is definitely the lower limit.

Also yesterday was the first residence training work out. I am trying a routine called 5X5 strong lift it seams simple and with a form focus. It took me less than an hour including getting to and from the gym. It started with an empty bar so it was super easy until the last exercise when you add 20lb and i was suddenly grunting and sweating.

Tuesday is typically the day when I’m out late and so don’t go for a walk in the earning but i am going to make the extra effort and go tonight.

If you are working out and sweating alot,,, make sure to drink an electrolyte so that your body doesnt dehydrate. water isnt good enough if you are sweating alot. I eat a banana before I work in the heat and drink diluted poweraid 50/50 water/poweraid to lessen those sugar calories. I slowly cut down portions and eating frequenvied and I didnt become more active until I was below 200. But anyways, Best wishes. I hope these words will fuel you to push forward and inspire you because I was in the same boat as you back in March. I have some before and afters on my profile. I dont even look like the same person anymore!

The more you sweat the better though. Just make sure you get plenty of pottasium, magnesium, and sodium when you are sweating off weight! I hated my sweat forever, then when I saw I was too small for my pants, I went all in and it has paid off!
