Had another very good morning with getting another 3-mile run in at 28:29 which seems to be right where I'm averaging since I started running. I also got in my 300 situps after running as well.
I can definitely tell my body is really feeling the effects of my calorie cutdown the past couple of days and the ramp up in my exercise. The scale is also responding with 3lbs loss this week.
Gonna be a little challenging this evening since it looks like we are planning to go out and eat something quick before engaging into Back to School shopping!
Tomorrow morning is my official weekly weighin so I'm looking forward to it as long as I don't blow it tonight eating out.
