I am having a HUGE problem with controlling my hunger this morning. I have been drinking a LOT of water this morning but nothing is curving my appetite. Not sure why. Maybe it's because I did a lot this weekend...I cleaned out closets and redone my son's room. Hmmm...guess I am going to have to break down and eat something else. My stomach is killing me!!!!! ahhhh stupid hunger pains!!!!! This is the reason I am as big as I am now. blah!

There have been times when I have eaten veggies or 0 point WW soup just to tide me over from the munchies and hunger pangs. You might want to keep a list of 0 point foods handy for those occaisions so that you don't get off track. Good luck
