I wish I could say that is the most I've had. Just two Sundays ago I had 7k. I had a time trying to split those calories up over the next 1.5 weeks. Finally got my average back down to 3300. It wasn't worth it. Need to control the cheat days more. 4-5k is more doable.

Omg...I ate that much in one hour's time. Had a belly ache but you just rest a minute, belch and continue. 😂🤮

I did not eat that in an hour's time. I saw the calories burned. 4700 calories would take me 1/2 a day. ;)
