Not doing 100% on the food record but will do. Got my water all set today, 50 ounces, and the coffee. The Half&half is giving me stomach upset, so that will go.
Was reasonably successful limiting calories over the weekend, from my recording from memory. Also went dancing Friday and Sunday.
I have to be doing something wrong, the scale is not moving in the direction I wanted it to! Maybe 1300 calories a day is too much.
