Interesting, I've used a digital scale at home and a regular spring scale, When I go to the dr. office their scale measures me a lot heavier (8 lbs different) I tried 2 of their scales in separate rooms! ??? I'm not wearing extremely heavy clothing when I go there! Please tell me it's because it's used so often and not tested regularly. I'm sticking to my scale. LOL

hmmm... definitely something going on with the Dr. scale. I have the same problem. I don't worry about it. Don't look at the number when you go, just ask for the DIFFERENCE from the last visit. The weight loss should be the same, just a higher weigh in. Besides, the final number doesn't matter as long as you are where you feel you need to be (at home). Don't let those Dr. scales scare you!
