@prambayuseno pastinya pernah. Kalo saya sendiri, solusinya adalah ga mikirin timbangan haha. Tetap defkal, tetep olah raga, tetep makan sehat, jd gaya hidup aja. Udh bbrp bulan ini malah belum nimbang lg 😆
