Just back in from shopping.My morning walk was nice this am because
there was a slight breeze and it felt a little cooler but not much.

I'm always am aware of the sky,it had cirrus and thunderhead clouds.
Perhaps more T-storms later in the day.Of course right now its very
hot and humid.

Yesterday my amts were crazy,not enough protein,too much fat and pretty
high totals all around. When this happens I feel it,don't know why.
I think the extra fat makes me feel lousy,also slight gain,no biggie

Always adjusting but when I plan ahead I can control things better.
Running around like a chicken.Hmmmm don't know how a chicken feels
when it runs around.

Beautiful song birds this morning,a few whooping cranes,a few hawks
but of course no eagles yet.Soon......

Clouding up again!I was reading on Atkins facebook,lots of good info
I knew if you cheat it'll set you back 3 days,so I remember that if
I think I'm getting into something off this WOE

However right now thats not a option at all.My strength is very strong.
I know from experience if I remotely take a snitch of anything thats
it. And this last one almost did me in,long time coming out.
I know everyone thinks about that,maybe some don't.Its just not worth
the bite.The last program suggested taking 3 good bites of dessert is
okay.Are you crazy! Maybe for some but certainly big time trouble for
me. I know I did it.....

Hello buddies,haven't forgotten anyone,just can't seem to catch up with
me,too much going on.I love my cousin dearly but running out every other week was much.

I'm ready to go off myself so things have to be taken care off.

Good afternoon, Mary Ellen. Sounds like you are running around like a chicken with it's head cut off!! lol Hope that you ahve a wonderful, successful day!! And I agree, three bites would be a death knell for me and this WOE. So I will stick to low carb desserts. May make the orange dreamsicle whip for later tonight. Sounds nice and cool on this hot and steamy day. And I think I may have the hubby treat us with steak for dinner tonight! I need something special.

Nice hearing from you my friend. Haven't gotten an update yet but you should be getting this storm fairly soon, shouldn't you? I know it's expected here sometime later this afternoon into tomorrow. Really looking forward to a thunderstorm - after I make it home that is.
