Yesterday's fast day was very difficult bc it was such a stressful day. I kept to the 500 calories but I was really stressed out. Could've used a glass of wine. But I've dipped below 160. Would be nice to stay under 160 for the rest of this week.
72.1 kg Lost so far: 3.4 kg.    Still to go: 15.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
