jadwal makan gue 2 minggu lalu saat 69 kg 1900 kalori perhari, sekarang udah 66 kg mau dirubah ke 1600 kalori perhari, , tinggal sesuain aja kalorinya, yg penting makan 6 kali sehari ..walaupn terkadang cuman pisang doank, tpi kenyang terus bro...wkwkwk
