hope everybody is doing well. My eating is good. I will work out in a few more hours. I am having a really horrible day nothing to do with my weight loss but if it doesn't get fixed asap I know that it will eventually effect it. ugh. such an messed up day

Sorry about ur day u r havn also..just remember..if you fall of the horse/wagon..just get right back on when u can ..and it's not failure..it's life and sumtimes we can't control it..it controls us..but stay strong and committed and u will succeed !! :)

Thank you both. I am really trying to get a fix on it so that I can control it and not the other way around. But it is hard at the moment. Plus it doesn't help that hubby isn't home so we can brainstrom together. Thanks for your kind words

Don't get down! And don't be like me and turn to the liquor, it really packs on the calories! I hope your hubby was able to help or you were able to work through it on your own. Let me know if there is anything I can do to help or even if you just wanna talk.
