BB 47 .. BMR 1.270 .. TDEE 1.764 .. sya usahakan utk minimal olahraga 5xseminggu selama 30menit.. sya usahakan utk mkan 1.400 kal.. ingin menurunkan body fat.. kira* 1.400 kal itu sesuai gk sihh kak
