THANK GOD FOR ACTIVITY POINTS!!! And the weekly points allowance too!!!! Those are saving me this week! I only have four WAPs left and the only reason for that has been my drive for working out this week. I THINK I should be able to pull this week off...as long as I can stay away from the darn store bought sugar cookies at work! Ugh they are killing me! You know those yummy light fluffy flaky cookies with like half an inch of frosting on them...not too bad at four points if you only have one! I had THREE today! AHHHHHHH. I have to keep it under control! I think I can do it...no scratch that...I KNOW I can do it! Send good vibes my way guys! I definitely need it! I think I will put some frozen broccoli in a container tonight so that I can take it to work. it is a good 0 point snack to have while I am at work. Then I can have more for dinner unless I go to the store to pick up another veggie for dinner. Well...I am off to bed. Two more days left...gotta hang in there!

You CAN do it!!! Sweets are my biggest downfall, but I have been able to do it. One thing I learned is to savor what you're eating-- eat it slowly and really taste every single bite-- it helps you enjoy the food, and keeps you mindful of not eating too much. Try it!

I tried to do that yesterday, but kept wanting more. I brought a one point chocolate pudding with me today, so hopefully that will help fend off the sweet tooth a little. Right now I just feel like eating everything in sight. It is driving me crazy because I know that I need to be good. Maybe that is the problem. I need to reverse psychology myself! Hopefully I will hang in there for today and tomorrow though and come out with two zero point days!

I'm with Kat, sweets are my downfall too! You can do this!! Someone once said that pickles satisfy that craving...doesn't work for me...but might for you? We have also been stocking up on the Skinnycow ice cream bars...and WW Giant Fudge bars...and having that at night time....soooo yummy and satisfying. Remember your goal you're striving for, put that in your mind and focus on it! You will see your hubby soon enough! =)
