Had a great weekend, will weigh in tomorrow. Seem to be holding steady though as I could not resist weighing this morning! Planned some meals, so logging should be easy, since I will eat the same thing for a few days. Yogurt and fruit for tomorrow morning also.
Bumping up water today. I cut down on coffee just cuz my office is so dang hot! I'm telling you, it's a wonder I am not sick, freezing all summer and sweating all winter! Dang the airconditioning.
