午餐火锅,大虾十只左右+150g羊肉+100g生菜,最主要的芝麻酱,100g居然500多卡,再加上吃了一盒烤馍和一块月饼,今天的卡路里2600左右,也不知道具体怎么算了,看看明天会不会解放前呢?好在今天下午逛了半天街,抵消一点热量吧,晚上没有吃碳水
