Staying on track, avoiding temptations, and maintaining a positive attitude, while continuing to work my way down to 185 lbs. :-) I'm also eating very well, as my creative juices are flowing again, to keep everything from my salads, to my snacks interesting. :-) I'm expecting to see a loss at my next weigh in, probably on Monday, as that's when I used to do it back when I started this journey. :-)

I sure wish I could think of some good foods to eat and fix..but I am not creative and some spices I can use such as garlic..Yuck..Keep up the good work...:O)
