Found out that going to a dinner birthday party so early on in to the diet was a lot harder than i thought. The carbs were everywhere. I brought my own dinner, a 16oz ribeye. I planned on only eating half but just incase I found it hard to resist the carbs I would nash on the ribeye. I ended up eating the whole ribeye but did not have any carbs. I was so full afterwards. Also, I felt good this morning when I got on the scale and I was still done in weight. I have one more party on Sunday. UGH!
