I just ate way too much bacon at dinner. I won't be surprised if I gained. Bacon is my weakness!

I tell myself that bacon is a specialized supplement for abdominal development and train abs on days I eat bacon. ;-)

If you eat less than 30 grams of carbs a day you can eat bacon and lose weight. I lost 35 pounds without reducing calories or exercising. I just cut the carbs.
